The network outage from earlier today, between Providence and Boston data centers, were due to a very recent software release from Cisco on our routers. Initially, this appeared to enhance performance but since the change, we've run into several problems and will be reverting to an older, more known-stable release. This will be done during our normal maintenance window of 12am-6am EST on Saturday, December 5, 2008.
